The organizational learning capability of university is one of the core competences of the contemporary university who wants to acquire existence and development facing fast changing and fierce competition.To improve the capability of university learning has been attracting the attention of the scholars and academic circles. This dissertation started from the investigation of the inside impact factors of the university learning, studied the impact of the professor upon the capability of university learning. First, the author described the research background, analyzed the important of professor who can promote capacity of university learning. Second, analyzed the truth of capability of university, summarized the research for influential factors, pointed out that professor is a very important one of those. Third, discussed the influences of professor on the capability of university learning .Their academic activities is important way to improve capability of university learning, their beliefs is spiritual dynamic, their academic power is wheels of university learning.The necessary conditions of which professors influence the capability of university learning are: activate individual learning capability of professor, maximize strength of professors' community, and provide good learning culture.
