The theory of individual freedom and all-round development of Marx have a great significance of understanding the human growth. Marxist people-oriented theory believes that the nature of human being is to take free and conscious activities. People are generated in practice. The development of the whole society, human and nature are all originated from free and conscious practice. Therefore, human's all-round development is based on the premise of individualized development. However, human's individualized development doesn't mean free development; it is harmonious development in essence. Education will play a vital role in human's individualized and all-round development. The one-sided and dogmatic teaching shouldn't be the purpose of education, but creating an environment which is suitable for individual development, personality cultivation, innovation and creativity inspiring according to the personality, interests, physiology, social environment, etc. Nowadays, human's modernity existence will give more and more prominence to the individualized development. However, there is an internal conflict between the individualized development and the education system. Therefore, in the process of discussing the reform of education system, a series of measures has been taken to relieve the tension, such as the improvement of teaching method, the reform of education system, the transformation of education objectives and the reform of education model, etc. With an in-depth theoretical research and the education practice, examination of the people and the education activities have been made from philosophical perspective so as to provide a theoretical guidance for the settlement of internal conflict between individualized development and education system.
