| In recent years,as the level and scale of competitive sports are developing rapidly and all the countries are striving to promote their capability of competitive sports by all means,the capability of coach, an important factory of sports,has became the central issue of researchers.Amateur sports school is the hotbed of sports genius,cradle of young talented athletes and source of high level sports geniuses who are essential for provincial team or national team.Therefore,the coaches of amateur school play very important roles in inspiring the interests of young athletes,cultivating good habits and positive thinking and behavior of them,as well as in improving their psychological health.It will never overstate that they play significant roles in the course of sports of our country.So,an objective,quantified evaluating system towards coaches in Beijing amateur school is needed so as to improve their abilities.After referring to relevant materials and inquiring experts,the writer established a system of evaluation for the coaches of Beijing amateur sports school.It is a system of 3 levels,including 4 items in the first level,18 items in the second level and 97 items in the third level.The 4 items in the 1st level are:ideological cultivation, knowledge structure,capability structure and psychological health.The 18 items in the 2nd level are:commission to the profession,coordination and corporation,being a paragon of virtue and learning,sense of social responsibility,professional knowledge,professional basic knowledge, other related professional knowledge,capability of teaching a special item,capability of training a special item,management,creativity, capability of research,communication ability,cognitive ability, working achievements,willpower,spiritual appearance,personality features.The 3rd level includes 97 items.After proof and gathering statistics,the system has been proven to be fit for the coaches of the amateur school of Beijing. |
