Building a New Socialist Countryside is an important part of the new phase of development for building a well-off society in an all-round way and speeding up socialist modernization.According to the FifthPlenurnofthe16th,the promoting of new socialist countryside building should be in the light of the requirements that "Production developmant,well-off life,civilized for rural residents, the village capacity clean and democratic management",New Socialist Countryside in the Future is a bulkiness systems engineering.It has economic construction,ideological and political development,cultural development and building a harmonious society。Building a New Socialist Countryside need literacy technical manage new pattern farmer.Farmer is the main body of the socialist countryside building.If we can't improve farmer's quality,we can't realization the target of building a New Socialist Countryside.My text elaborates the rural education from four specific areas.Firstly,our country's rural education connotation and characteristic;secondly,accelerating the development of the rural education's meaning to Building a New Socialist Countryside,thirdly,Building a New Socialist Countryside's new requirement;fourthly,our country's rural education's questions and suggests,in a sense,The questions of Chinese society is the questions of the countryside.Realizing the development of Countryside is realizing the development of Chinese society.The rural education is Fundamental reasons,if we want to realize the advancement and development of the Chinese rural community.Thinking on the Problem,The rural education development,questions and suggests is significant.
