In recent years, the number of floating children increases rapidly with the the process of industrialization and urbanization to speed up gradually,Since 2001 a series of policies introduced, the problem of floating children entrancing city public schools has been greatly eased.Urban public schools have gradually become the main channel of floating children's education, because of the specificity of this group of floating children, they differe from the children growing up in the countryside and those living in the cities, they are the "second-generation city immigrant "With the parents floating ups and downs, and more and more persons pay attention to their survival conditions, education background and their futures.with more and more children entrancing into public schools,Campual integrating situation of floating children is becoming the focus of attention of scholars. From the perspective of social relationship exclusion, this thesis focuses on the relations of floating children in public schools, including the relationship between floating children and schools, the relationship with teachers, and peer relationship. Conclusion of the study shows that there are part of exclusion in the relationship between floating children and schools. There is no exclusion in the relationship with teachers, however, there is exclusion in relations between floating children and children in Beijing in public schools.Specific performance from the relationship with Beijing Student in number of friends and scope of making friends,The the degree of close relationship between friends, and the characteristics of peer support, shows the"involution" feature of peer relationship floating children's in public schools. The thesis also continue to explore the the reasons for part of exclusion between floating children and Beijing children, the the reasons that there is no exclusion in relations with teachers, and focus on the reasons that there is exclusion in relations between floating children and children in Beijing in public schools.Father's education level, number of years living residence in Beijing and studying in public schools, and family economic situation of children affected relationship exclusion among floating children and Beijing children, however the deeper reason is that census register and the duality system of city and countryside, cultural differences between the city and the countryside, and economic conditions of floating children family, specifically census register is the institutional root causes of relationship exclusion among floating children and Beijing children, cultural differences between urban and rural areas are cultural root causes of relationship exclusion between floating children and Beijing student, family economic situation of floating children is economic root causes of relationship exclusion between floating children and Beijing student.Based on the above analysis,we proposed some suggestions to improve the integration situation of floation childern in public school, including:continuing to push forward the reform of census register, abolishing the census register restrictions which floating children entrance the public school, creating a harmonious school atmosphere, eliminating of cultural bias and barriers, effectively improving the social treatment of migrant workers, improving the socio-economic status of floating children's family, fully taking care of the special nature of the floating children, enhancing the floating children's psychological and emotional support, concerning about the education of floating children after middle school, actively seeking multiple solutions. The shortcomings of this thesis is not enough to talk about in depth, and can't be able to grasp the data freely, the author will further do some reaches on that in further.
