The construction of Primary school teachers in rural areas has been the attention and has been widely studied. Various studies in the past, most attention are primary school teachers in the central and western rural areas. However, some problems like in the building of primary school teachers here may have been resolved in the relatively developed eastern. But its own problem naturally exists in the eastern. This article is divided into four parts to tell of the existing problems about the construction of rural primary school teachers in the eastern part. The first part in this article is Introduction to describe the significance of the research, definition of related concepts, research methods and ideas, and the reasons for select cases. The second part of a questionnaire, interviews and site visits in rural primary school teachers from the ranks of the basic situation, treatment, work and learning, such as to set out the town of Jiao Zhou City A status of primary school teachers in rural areas. Of course, there are some aspects of relative progress, there are problems. In the third part is to keep the flow to the city about outstanding teachers, the North-South differences in the team of teachers in the town A and the existence of rural primary school teachers in continuing education in some practical problems for analysis. In the final chapter of this paper is analyze to solve the existing problems found in Chapter III about the construction of rural primary school teachers in Town A in Jiao Zhou City and make relevant recommendations to solve problems and related countermeasures combination of the status of education in Jiao Zhou City.This article is aimed at analysis to the existing problems through the same teacher's contraction in town, find big problem through the small point of view. Since the reform and opening, the state has been promoting the development of rural education. In constant development, we have seen progress in rural education. Of course, rural education in different regions is characterized by the existence of their own. Because I was one rural primary school teachers, so I hope can bring hometown a higher level of rural education through further study the education in our hometown primary school and propose some suggestions. |
