College Campus Culture as an environment and atmosphere of the campus culture, has not only social and cultural characteristics in common, but also its own distinct personality. Its construction has an important role in higher education and personnel training. College Campus Culture is a necessary cultural atmosphere for college personnel training and an important part for higher education. Good campus culture is the key to develop university students'personality and overall quality. Dance featured by its unique aesthetic features plays an irreplaceable role in the construction of college campus culture. Dance education and creation has become an important part and form in performing dance education.In the 21st civilized society, the beauty pursuit of college students is gradually rising to the spirit level. A simple professional education has been unable to meet college students'needs. And dance, as an important part of a national culture education and one of important means of carrying out aesthetic education, not only promotes arts education, improves the overall quality of students, cultivates the aesthetic taste, but also acts as a key factor to enriching the cultural life on campus, creating a positive atmosphere of the campus culture and enabling students to grow happily and healthily. The practice and research of creative dance education is accompanied by the rise of construction of college campus culture.The writer, working on the long-term job in the Young League in the colleges and universities, is in charge of construction of the campus culture and has rich experience in organizing and scheming the cultural activities on campus,and at the same time works on the dance education. From the long-term working practice, I fully realize that the current arts education in particular, in the environment infrastructure, level is still in the lower level, and its influence in the construction of campus culture, especially the growth of students ,is not enough. As a result, it came to me that I should do systematic research, hoping to find a way suitable to college dance education on the basis of the combination of working practice.The article is divided into five parts, ranging respectively from the comparison of creative dance education in the construction of campus culture between Chinese and foreign colleges and universities, the concept of college campus culture and creative dance education, the relationship between the college campus culture and creative dance education, to the practice of college creative dance education and so on. The five parts focus on clarifying the campus culture, campus culture construction, the concept of creative dance education and make a comparison between guiding ideology of dance education in the Chinese and foreign colleges and universities and the dance practice. At the same time they build an education model, which is more suitable to dance education in the colleges and universities, and explore the target and necessary rules in the practice of college creative dance teaching as well as come up with the new ideas of improving college creative dance education and strengthening the construction of college campus culture.The researches and explorations of our country's Campus Culture Construction and creative dance education in our theoretical circles are common, but there are few researches and explorations in the comparison and absorption of college campus culture and the creation and education of dance. In view of this, I will combine the college campus culture and creation and education and do researches on application of documentary methods,the combination of theory and practice,illustration,comparison,summary and so on. In the meanwhile, I have sorted out the campus culture construction and the practice of dance education and creation, by which I provide facile theoretical suggestions for topics researches.The main conclusions of the research:1. The guiding ideology and teaching goal of education and creative dance in Chinese and foreign colleges and universities are consistent, but there is a wide gap in teaching methods and effects there.2. Efficient education and creative dance plays a dominant role in the construction of college campus culture, which acts as a positive role in improving the body, determination, heart, character and creating a harmonious campus.3. Colleges and universities should adopt a "perception - imitation - experience - creation" teaching mode in college education and practice.4. Creative dance education in colleges and universities should be innovative on perceptions, systems, methods and improves the degree of market, combining creative dance education and the teaching of specialized courses and applying modern teaching methods such as multimedia and so on.
