1 ObjectiveThe key Point of this Paper is about effect of taking grape seed proanthocyanidin extract (GSPE) and Training on gastrocnemius muscle energy metabolism and sport capacity,the author hopes that we can know the role by GSPE on improve the body energy metabolism and the exercise capacity,in order to provide science basis for better guide the exercise training and enhance the sport ability,for the development of new drugs that enhance the energy metabolism provide a scientific basis.2 Method:Select 120 male wister mice,8-week-old.randomly divided into four groups:A group (control group),B group(medication group),C group(exercise training group),D group (medication group exercise).C,D group rats give eight weeks of swimming training,B,D group give GSPE every day.Eight weeks later,all mice were randomly divided into three different subgroups in accordance with the different executed status,namely:quiet group, instantly exhaustive group,exhaustive 24-hour Recovery the immediate ends of exhaustive exereise,muscle glycogen content and no significant difference between groups.LDH activity,D,C,B group was significantly higher than the A group(P<0.01),D group was significantly higher than the B,C group(P<0.05);SDH activity, D Group A Group differences between the highest and significant(P<0.01),D group was significantly higher than the B,C group(P<0.05),C higher than the A group (P<0.05),C group was significantly higher than the B group(P<0.05) and significantly higher than A group(P<0.01).Na~+-K~+-ATP enzyme activity decreased,but group D is still the highest, with the other three groups,there was significant difference(p<0.01),At the same time,C and A group difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.01),B group and A group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).3.3 At the 24 hours ends of exhaustive exereise,muscle glycogen content,D group was significantly higher than the A,B,C group(P<0.01),A group significantly lower than the B,C group(P<0.01).LDH activity Group D was significantly higher than the A group(P<0.01),B group was significantly higher than the A group(P<0.01),C group was significantly higher than the A three group(P<0.01),A group is significantly shorter than B and Cgroup,A and C group has significant difference.4 Conclusions:4.1 For eight weeks of aerobic endurance training can increase the rate of glucose transporter,to speed up the muscle glucose uptake and muscle glycogen synthesis,extend the time for the movement.4.2 GSPE alone taking to improve the body's glycogen reserves and energy metabolism related enzyme activity,so that anaerobic metabolism and aerobic capacity and slow down the process of movement to reduce its activity,has markedly improved the capacity of the body movement and the role of anti-fatigue ability.4.3 Training and GSPE can significantly increase the use of the body glycogen reserves to enhance LDH,SDH,MDH,as well as Na~+-K~+-ATP activity,to speed up the drive and energy metabolism of glycogen-related activity in the recovery and improve the state of the body fatigue.
