Learning independently,learning from Communication and collaboration with people who have different professional backgrounds,learning efficiently by modern information technology,learning from research and creation,all of these learningabilities are the fundamental viability in the information society.Launching team-learning curriculum-based among college students,not only can improve the their team spirit and sense of cooperation,but also enhance their learning ability,research capabilities and innovation ability.But before the team-learning plays its due role,we must organize and implement team-learning activities from the perspective of performance,only in this way, the team-learning of college students can not become a more formalistic.In this study,the the team-learning of college students means a process that college students organize a team,combining their own experiences,interests,hobbies,relying On the team's learning capacity and cooperation,in their own professional fields,to explore a practical problem,ssue or event,in order to insure the real issues,seek the solutions or propose creative planning,form products.This article uses team-learning of undergraduates majoring in educational technology in Information Technology & Communication college in Qufu Normal University,based on the analysis of the performance problems in team-learning,the author finds out the reasons for the performance gap,designs and implements different performance intervention measures according to different reasons, then evaluates the measure in time,through the feedback to redesign the performance intervention.In the study,the author uses action research methods to applys performance technology to the team-learning of college students,proposes the performance goals and evaluation methods of the team-learning of college students,and through praetic,prove that targeted training,definite performance goals and evaluation criterion can improve the performance of the the the team-learning of college students,performance technology can enhance performance of the team-learning of college students,at the same time,the study further proves that performance technology can be absolutely applied in the educational field.
