With the launching of a new wave of entrepreneurship and popular creation across the country,entrepreneurship has become a new impetus to the economic development of countries and regions.Entrepreneurship can both promote employment and promote the transformation of technology.As a special group,college students play an important role in entrepreneurship.However,from the perspective of theoretical research and practice,the entrepreneurial activities of the team are more successful than the entrepreneurial behavior of the individual.This is because the team can absorb diversified talents,integrate high-quality resources and make up for the individual's professional,technical and intellectual knowledge Which requires that the team pay attention to the heterogeneity of the team members in the construction,maximize the members' intelligence and intelligence,and achieve the improvement of team performance.However,there are two completely different conclusions from the existing theory.This is because team heterogeneity is a double-edged sword that can both promote positive effects and negative ones,The role is reflected in the ability of heterogeneous members to complement each other and share resources,hinder the role of differentiated members reflected in the values and backgrounds of different conflicts and conflicts.How to further understand the relationship between team heterogeneity and team performance,we need to pay more attention to the role of team members in the heterogeneity of the performance impact of team performance,development path and the mediation variables and regulatory variables mining,however,the existing The research is very inadequate.By combing the literature review about entrepreneurship and using social identification theory and IPO process theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the heterogeneity,team interaction and team performance of entrepreneurial teams.By analyzing the data of 288 questionnaires from 96 entrepreneurial teams Sorting and statistics,the use of spss21.0 statistical software reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and the intermediary test,and ultimately verify the team heterogeneity,team interaction and team performance hypothesis of the relationship between the proposed conclusions for the study Two countermeasures and suggestions.Through empirical analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions.First,there is a positive relationship between identity heterogeneity,task heterogeneity and team performance.There is a negative relationship between the value heterogeneity and team performance.Second,identity heterogeneity and task heterogeneity have a positive effect on all dimensions of team interaction.Value heterogeneity has an obstacle to all dimensions of team interaction.Third,the better the interaction between team members,the more beneficial to improve team performance.Finally,team interaction plays a partial intermediary role between team heterogeneity and team performance.Based on this,the author believes that college students must give full play to the diversified value of their members,attach importance to the identities and tasks heterogeneity of members,and reduce the differences in their values.Members should exert the expanding effect and leverage of team interaction to maximize the quality of interaction among members.
