China's new round of basic education curriculum reform vigorously advocated in the various disciplines to explore teaching learning to adapt to social progress and development as well as personnel requirements. Inquiry Teaching and learning should be combined as a mode of study, subjects into classroom teaching. As an important part of science education in high school, chemistry course is inevitable to improve their scientific literacy and plays an irreplaceable role to promote all-round development of students. How to conduct inquiry teaching in chemistry class is the vast number of issues concern for the teachers.In this paper, by integrating a lot of documents on the basis of the Inquiry Learning Theory, and based on the theory of Inquiry Teaching and features analysis, combines classroom learning to explore the implementation of the principles in the teaching of carrying out project-based learning. Teaching students with practice and situation drew some preliminary conclusions. After a year of teaching practice, it really can inspire students interested in chemistry and improve the learning ability of students. Even develop of the intellectual potential students. Exploratory learning in the classroom teaching more and more accepted by the majority of teachers, but in the actual implementation process, there still exist some problems in a number of specific issues, on their own in the process of practice and some of the specific strategies. Finally some suggestions were given on how to make Chemistry Teaching Research carried out.In short, the implementation of classroom teaching in the way of inquiry and study, the classroom can become a platform for the teacher and student to interact and communication. It can effectively change the way teachers teaching and students learning and deeply bring students the spirit of innovation and capacity to practice and improve their science Literacy. It is available to comprehensively promote the quality of education.
