Harmonious Urban Community Building In The Community Management

Under the view of microcosmic, the construction of harmonious society is the construction of harmonious community. Community is the cell of society, is the foundation of society, is the root of society, if the root is not stable, the society is not stable. With the development of socialism democracy, continuously deepening development market-oriented economic system and especially fast development of urban modernization drive, traditionally urban community management mode and system lad behind the request of harmonious community construction, restrict urban community construction.In this paper, by means of the tiding urban community construction and community theory, analyze the present situation and problems in the course of China's urban community management, combine China's community management mode with foreign countries', stand at the point of China's present position, put forward the urban community mode of 'Chinese communist party organization in community as a core', offices of urban region government as a director, multiple managerial parts join and cooperate'.
