Reconstruction Of Community Relations In Urban Communities' Security Governance

Community governance cannot leave security community environment, and safety community environmental creation cannot without security community relations. In the framework of traditional safety management, when dealing with community security issues, security management organizations are lack of cooperation and initiative, members of the community are also passive, negative, isolated etc. Under current community relations of safety management, we consider about the safety management to community governance. The main purpose of this paper is that through the security community relation's cultivate to construct a "security community".First, the paper introduces a "security community". Compared to community safety issues, we discussed the correlation between safety and community relations. Based on the reflection of safety management to community safety governance, we concluded that community safety governance was conducive to the cultivation of community relations.Secondly, we introduced the community relations under policing management. After explaining its overall characteristics:unipolar, closed-end management of community policing management, we analysis that under the community policing management, community organizations, community members, community organizations and community members are negative relationship.
