Knowledge economy era requires fostering of talents with individuality and all-round development. Respect of students' individualities is not only an important part of all-round development education but also fits into the inner rule of education itself. The vital force of personalized education lies in that it helps transition from traditional examination-oriented education to all-round development education in a real sense. Under China's present educational conditions, personalized education can be a strategic selection. Implementation of personalized education practice in senior high English education will help promote educational quality and effects, promote realization of the goals of new curriculum reform and promote deeper progress of all-round development education. This study, based on the essence and features of personalized education, is going to give a primary discussion about means, methods and evaluations on personalized education in senior high English teaching. We have come up with the following conclusions:Conclusion 1: selection of personalized education methods will help inspire theinterest of senior high students in the subject of English and improve theiracademic performance.Conclusion 2: use of personalized education means will help enhance theacademic capabilities of senior high students in English learning, foster ofindividuality and promote all-round development of students.Conclusion 3: practice of personalized education theories will help promoteupdating of the educational concepts of teachers and push deeper progress ofall-round development education...
