This investigation first edited learning strategy scale which suits senior high school students by factor analysis, then investgated the using of learning strategy of senior high school students at Sui Ning town, Xu Zhou city. The research focuses on the influences thatcan be caused to strategies by grades, gender, achievements, residential areas, the way ofliving and the amount of education their parents receive. After statistics analysis theconclusion has been drawn as follows. (1). There does exist difference in the level of learningstrategies between grades, but it is not of significant importance. Students in senior grade oneare of the highest level in learning strategies. Students in senior grade three come next, whilestudents in senior grade two are of the lowest. (2). Obvious differences are found betweenachievement groups. Students of high marks possess high-leveled learning strategies butstudents of low marks only use low-leveled learning strategies. (3). Boys and girls are differentin using learning strategies, and the difference has reached the significant level. Although thetotal level of learning strategies found in girls is higher than that of boys, boys have bettermetacognitive strategies and resource management strategies than girls. (4). Students broughtup in rural areas have better learning strategies than those in urban areas, but the accuratereasons remain to be found in further research. (5) . The way of living has some effect onstudents' learning strategies. (6) . The amount of education that parents receive is also a factorthat affects the level of senior high school students' leaning strategies, especially onmetacognitive strategies (7). There is a relatively close relationship between the level oflearning strategies and the instruction which students have received from their families. In thisresearch the writer also puts forward a suggestion that a parent school should be set up, whereparents can be trained to enlarge their knowledge in learning strategies. In this way, thefunction of family instructions can be made full use of and the learning strategies of seniorhigh school students will be improved more efficiently. (8)At last, this investgation validated the stracture of learning strategy. According this investgation, the model of three-factor stracture is more adapt to senior high school students of China.
