In physical education, some individuals became the health-weak group because of their health condition, personal interests or sport skills. They couldn't accomplish the goal of physical education owing to poor health, obesity, relapse from chronic or acute disease, disability or insufficient sport organs and we call them health-weak students. In this article, we investigated the current situation of the health-weak students' physical education from nine universities in Nanjing and we found that most universities attached insufficient importance to the health-weak students' physical education. Among these nine Colleges and universities, the curricula of two Colleges and universities (22%) didn't include the special P.E. health care education class. Studying together with the normal students, the health-weak students were mostly at probation or sick leave. In the rest seven universities, the curriculum-setting was unreasonable and the teaching model was obsolete. They took the "one size fits all" method in the plan-making, the teaching content and the choice of the class forms, which couldn't incarnate the teaching ideology of "teaching students in accordance of their aptitude and what they want". Therefore, the health-weak students couldn't obtain very good recovery and exercise, which, of course, was against the theory objective of "the Plan of Civil Physical Training" carried out by the national physical culture commission and the "Quality Education" by the State Educational Committee. One the other hand, the health-weak students could be divided into three groups (disabled 3%, diseased 48%, obese and health-poor 49%). In general, these health-weak students were in dread of outdoor activities, which made them even inferior in P.E.Take the current situation of our country and the characteristics of the health-weak students into consideration, we suggest full utilization of the sport sources of university town through the integration and share of sport sources among different Colleges and universities so that we can provide the best facilities for the health-weak students. We also propose reform schemes for the university health care classes, and provide better health-building instructions for the health-weak students according to the current situation of our country and the health-weak students' characteristics. This scheme is really student-centered, cares individual differences, guarantees each student's benefits, and develops the health-weak students' physical education.
