Since the 1980s, teachers specialization has formed a global trend, it has greatly accelerated the new concept of teacher education establishment of the new system in many countries .In the education reform community it formed two points: Firstly, the importance of teachers; Secondly, the reform has happened ultimately in the classroom. With the continuous development and in-depth of basic education. Basic education of teacher education has a strong requirements, as soon as possible to improve quality and efficiency, which is it issued stern challenges to teacher education directly, and the quality of teacher education has set new and higher requirements. Because teaching in the classroom in schools is still the main form of teaching , it become more prominent to the ranks of China's primary and secondary school teachers the problems, like it did not go far enough about the concern of the new curriculum reform and the lack of implementation of the new curriculum and the quality of ability. and many teachers only know that to the development of the student-centered classroom, to a change of teachers ,to change behavior, students in the classroom to move, live, and how to change, how to change and what become, do not quite understand, it is difficult to need the the basic education reform.Therefore, as a base for training teachers, Teachers College shoulder an irreplaceable mission, in order to do a good job pre-vocational education, in order to promote normal students as soon as possible into the role of teachers, improve teacher teaching students decision-making ability, according to the new basic education curriculum reform request for a special teacher special groups, designed to support pre-service teacher education classroom teaching decision-making support system. So that the new teacher can get the special case education of outstanding teachers and the new curriculum model case of education, and further promote the pre-teachers early have to cope with all aspects of knowledge and ability which is the new curriculum reform needsPapers were divided into five chapters, mainly from the following aspects of demonstration and research:Chapter 1 introduce mainly part of the classroom teaching on the decision support system of the status quo, meaning, research, as well as research ideas and research methods. Chapter 2 introduce the design and development of the system based on the theory of a comprehensive and detailed presentation.Chapter 3 describes the impact on classroom teaching decision-making factors, system design and evaluation of regulatory elements.Chapter 4 elaborate on the development of the whole project design, the system's overall framework, the system function.Chapter 5 on the specific decision support system for database design and development tools of choice, as well as design and implementation of the detailed process.The final section summarizes the fuctions of the system which have been realized, as well as follow-up study on the functions of the major tasks and the need for further realization of the system function.
