School Moral Education Of The Core Values ​​of Educational Guidance

Under the background of multicultural, our country's moral education is facing the enormous challenge. How to meet this kind of challenge?Based on West moral education theories and practices , we proposed that we must transmit the core value in school moral education.The first part of the article separately analyzes the background of core value ,under the angle of view ethics, philosophy and pedagogy .Based on this, the second part of the article outlines the connotation of core value, explains the rationality of its existence in detail .Based on the domestic and foreign research , we think that core value of school moral education is that school moral education should transmit the basic moral rules of "how to be oneself, " conduct oneself in society", "handle matters",and "conduct himself. It is the most basic moral quality to one who becomes a citizen and a moral person.Basic,universality,radiativity and stability are its main characters.The third part of the article ,by comparing different core value and the result of the questionnaire ,the author puts forward some core values,which are the core values of school moral education,such as integrity,respect,justice,caring and treasure one's life ,which are the foundation of all moral character and the trinity of moral standards from the view of man's basic moral relations such as"how to be oneself, " conduct oneself in society", "handle matters",and "conduct himself".The fourth part of the article,the author plays an emphasis on the demonstration on the basis of these core values ,as well as request in school moral education .At last ,how to fulfill the core values. First, cultivating co-existed independent personality;second, constructing moral education pattern of "value guidance and independent choice unified";finally moving toward the opening, the dialog educational mode.
