The Students' Union is very important in the school education and management, and it is the human resource that cannot be neglected. The leading members in the Students' Union are the bridges and ties that connect the relationship between the school and its students. No matter whether it is in students' self-education, self-management and self-service or in their everyday educating management, the Students' Union plays an important part that teachers cannot take the place of.This thesis adopts Field Research and describes the real action of two members of the Students' Union in a vocational school. From the thesis, we can know their thoughts and acting styles, and inquire why they act like this or that. The individual differences in their developing process are discussed, too. And it raises practical and effective measures to train the Students' Union members. These measures will provide feasible references for the managers in other schools.This thesis is made up of six sections. In section I, the writer introduces why to choose the topic, the purpose to choose it, the present situation of its research, the basic concept and the researching approaches. In section II, the object of the research project is introduced, including the external and internal conditions and the introduction of twostudents------A and B. The writer describes and researches the real studying and workinglife in a week in section III. Section IV is the most important part in the thesis. The writer selects some of A and B's typical cases, presents their different behavior working in the Students' Union, and confirms that A and B have different personalities and different abilities. An interview on "A and B in other people's eyes" is designed In section V. A and B's classmates, teachers and other members in the Students' Union are interviewedabout the topic. In the last section, the writer makes some suggestions------"emphasizeindividual character and scientifically cultivate the leading members of the Students' Union". |
