In the new days, facing the new situations, the educational reform in China has stepped into a new period to carry out the education for all-around development, centered on strengthening moral education, emphasizing on bringing up students' innovation spirit and practice ability. The team building of headteachers is the key factor whether to carry out the education for all-around development successfully or not. The study about the actuality of headteachers' working satisfaction degree contributes to solving the actual problems in the team building of headteachers and widening the visual field of the educational governors about the team building of headteachers, and improves its pertinence and validity.The study attempts to learn the actuality of headteachers' working satisfaction degree in some middle schools in Qinhuai by questionnaire and individual talks and to analyze the influencing factors, and gives suggestions on improving the degree. The study shows: the satisfaction degree in Qinhuai is very high collectively, and the main factors influencing headteachers' working satisfaction degree are as follows: 1. The working burthen and stress; 2. The financial reward; 3. Human relations; 4. The chances for promotion and further education; 5. Leaders and administration; 6. The self-realization; 7. In addition, individual factor also influences headteachers' working satisfaction degree. Educational administrator should do as follows to improve headteachers' working satisfaction degree: providing humanitarianism care; improving welfare and payment; creating better atmosphere; strengthening professional training; giving psychological assist, etc.
