| As the 21st century is a knowledge-based economy century,science and technology develop rapidly,as well as competition among nations.China is now in a critical period of building of an all-around well-off society.In order to improve the comprehensive national power and international competitiveness,our country needs a large number of various skilled personnel at each level to overcome challenges brought by the economic globalization and its entry into WTO. Although the technical education which shoulders the task of cultivating and training the high-quality personnel to meet demands of modernization construction develops quickly,there still exist many bottleneck problems on school conditions, training mode and employment level,which greatly prevent its achievement of talent cultivation target and exuberant development.The Mode of school-enterprise cooperation is an education mode that adopts the organic integration method of class teaching and enterprise practice by utilizing the different educational environment and resources between school and enterprise.It aims to cultivate high skilled personnel of initiative spirit and innovation ability with training focus on overall quality,comprehensive ability and employment competitiveness.In this paper,the author firstly takes research on the connotation and necessity of the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in technical schools according to the strategic objective of "Rejuvenating China though Science and Education" and the rapid development background of economy,society,science and technology,and education in Henan Province.It will be further explored and analyzed on aspects of understanding,structure,mechanism and pattern by using success experience of developed countries for reference.Therefore,methods of literature review, investigation,comparative analysis and case study will be used. |
