Probing-and-researching approach has been appointed as one of the basic studying and teaching ways since New Standards for Chinese Course was released in 2001. The probing and researching approach, advocating"self-determination, cooperation, probing and researching", makes an all-around effect and becomes a new view of teaching reform of China quickly. Therefore, researching results on probing-and-researching approaches for teaching in Chinese reading are fruitful.However, the writer of the thesis learns that there are some negative phenomena during the implementation of probing-and-researching teaching of Chinese, such as superficialization, mode-rigidification and excessive probing depth and difficulty, which reflect that internal programs and methods in our theory are not clear and definite between learning and teaching through probing-and-researching approach.In the writer's opinion, layers of probing-and-researching are significant to internal program and method. Therefore, strategic researching for layers is an important subject in order to realize its high-effect and applicability in studying and teaching.Mainly through researching teaching approaches in Chinese reading in high school, the writer, by linking theory with practice, seeks foundations and setting methods of layers in relevant teaching theories and probing-and-researching case of reading, attempting to make some research in the operational strategies and methods.This thesis is divided into 7 chapters. In chapter 1, the writer mainly talks about the problems in probing-and-researching teaching in Chinese reading and analyzes the reasons to them; Chapter 2 lays a base for this thesis, which shows the writer's thought for connotation of layers and theoretic grounds of division for probing-and-researching teaching in Chinese reading; Chapter 3 provides the principles of layer setting and requirements for teachers; Chapter 4 is the core content, in which the writer tries to make a preliminary design for layers of probing-and-researching teaching of Chinese reading in high school, including microscopic division of a text and macroscopic division of high school; In Chapter 5, Chapter 6 and Chapter 7, the writer discusses each layer in the three macroscopic stages separately, lists some successful cases on probing-and-researching teaching of reading, and collect and conclude the teaching strategies and methods for various layers through analysis.
