Harmonious University Culture Built

Since the 16th Congress of the Communist Party of China, the land of China is covered with the glory of "harmony". The 17th Congress of the Communist Party called upon the whole Party and the people of all our ethnic groups " to hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to follow the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of 'Three Represents' ; to go on emancipating the mind, and to stick to the opening to the outside world; to develop with a scientific outlook so as to promote the harmony of society, and to strive for the new victory of the overall construction of affluent society." Meanwhile, it raised unprecedented new and higher requests. The theories of the harmony between people and people, people and society, and human beings and nature have been widely known and planted deep into people's minds. Society needs harmony, so does culture; based on the special status of universities for society, culture for universities, to build harmonious university culture is undoubtedly an important force to impel the harmony of campus and even the harmony of society, which conforms to the need of epoch development, therefore, the proposition of "to build harmonious university culture" emerges as the times require. This article tries to focus on the initial study of the main contents and basic features of the construction of harmonious university culture, the problems in the recent university culture construction, and the principles and countermeasures of building harmonious university culture, so as to further enrich the theory and practice of the university culture construction, and make beneficial explore to strengthen the university connotation construction and give prominence to the university characteristic development, to promote the core competitive power of university, to build universities of high level, and to bring the service function of higher education on the development of economic society into play.
