| The adult higher education,a leading and practical field in lifelong education,is an important part of the higher education.After experiencing long history,the adult higher education has already developed into a better teaching system and a better theory system than before in our city.However,at present,the adult higher education has not played the dominating role in the whole education system.So it's necessary to do some innovative research both in theory and in practice.And first we must develop investigation and analysis on the status of the adult higher education in order to solve the contradiction between the present situation of the adult higher education and the social needs.Therefore,with the great concern about the adult higher education,my essay is mainly studied on four aspects based on the specific condition of the adult higher education and some relative data,including the problems arising in the development of the adult higher education,the challenge of bettering the adult higher education,the analysis on the reasons of these problems and the suggestion on solving the problems.According to these researches,I draw some conclusions on the basis of my own experience in the adult higher education and some questionnaire survey.There are four parts in my essay.Part one:In the preface,I will introduce some background information of the adult higher education,its history and status,the purpose and significance of studying on the subject,and the methods of research.Part two:It's mainly about the problems arising in the development of the adult higher education and its Challenges.To be specific,people don' t pay enough attention to the adult higher education.Furthermore, the employment prospect isn't optimistic and the qualification of the students isn't satisfactory.In addition,there are no features in adult education.The school conditions and the qualification of teachers are very poor.Part three:It's mainly about the analysis on the reasons of these problems.To be specific,people's one-side understanding about the adult higher education hider its development.The changes of national enrollment;employment policies and the diversification of school-running model have a great influence on the student source. In addition,the backwardness of the education content,education methods and the management model restrict the qualification of the adult higher education.The essence of the adult education has already changed into a means of earning money,and the high rank don't investigate enough money into the adult education.These factors become the disadvantageous aspect in developing the adult education.Moreover,the innovative policies of adult education aren't adaptive,which makes the society reduce the approval of the adult higher education.Part four:In accordance with the problems and their reasons,and combined with the opportunities during development,I will put forward some suggestions to foster the development of the adult higher education.First,we need scientific location and adjust the orientation of the adult higher education running.Second,we should strengthen system construction and foster the normalized management of the adult higher education.Third,we may promote the teaching reformation and enhance the quality of the adult higher education.Fourth,we should integrate educational resources and better the teaching conditions.At last,we should seize the opportunity,and meet the challenge to realize the open development of the adult higher education. |
