Urban Community Autonomy Of Institutional Innovation

Self-Governing of city's community in China is in the developing period currently. Community has become the coupling between the country and society, which makes the government and community collocate social resource and solve social inconsistency efficiently on the basis of cooperation and complementarity. Community will must be one important way of grass roots management, therefore, innovation on self-governing of city's community is becoming the focus of the theory study.This article pays much attention on the management system for the grass roots and takes construction of Shibei district in Qingdao as an example. It gives a systematic description on innovation of the community's self-governing after a lot of research and makes a theoretic sum-up. In conclusion, this article lies its value on helping people know the situation of the innovation on city community's self-governing system, and supplies reference with the government for concerned decisions.
