The writer of the first million selling management book《seek brilliant》Tom Peters said: the urgent affair of management is from the starting point which means do the groundwork well. As the basic unit in school teaching and other activities, class management plays a vital role in school management and other activities. The senior class students in primary school are a special group who is on the tuning from jejuneness to mature and have their own typical character of this age. On the understanding of the typical character of them is the basic step of efficient class management and educational work. With the question of whether the supervisor understand the typical characters and whether they have taken effective methods pointed to their ageing characters, the author take the survey. The writer of this essay borrows ideas from experts home and abroad about class management and the writer uses questionnaire method, interviewing method and empirical analysis method to investigate 21 primary schools in Kuiwen District, Weifang, Shandong. After the investigation, the author research into the survey results and proposes his relevant counter measure and advises. In order to guarantee the management of senior class in primary school works efficient and effective, the author attempt to create a scientific management model in theoretical and practical lays. The whole essay can be divided into four parts:1. Find out the problems in senior grades of primary school in Kuiwen District, Weifang. Define and classify the concept in class management. Summarize the relevant documents home and abroad about the problem.2. Research Discuss with some teachers in charge of senior grades in primary school the questionnaire methods and design the questionnaire and research method.3. Analysis Comprehensively analyze the resources of the questionnaire result, documents, statistical data and other typical resources.4. Find out the root of the problems in step three and finally propose the countermeasure of the four aspects of problems.
