There are all the discussions on humanitarianism and it has a long history of attachment to education. Meanwhile, coldness and desolation still congests the campuses, inhuman accidents especially make people deeply ashamed. Humanitarianism's ordinarily considered as a value theory and while used in the teaching field, its application's just telling people "what teaching should be". For people in campuses, as well as teaching itself, what of great importance is not only that if something is humanitarian or not, but the thinking mode prong it. From the standpoint of epistemology, this paper will focus to explore the thinking connotation that will benefit to teaching, utilize the achievements that take it as thinking and practicing mode, analyze the humanitarian problems in order to investigate the possibility and necessity of humanitarianism in teaching as well as quest its epistemological value in teaching research and practice.The paper consists of six chapters.Dealing with the outline of the researching, chapter 1 consists of the background, aims, content, value and method of the study.Chapter 2, as the theoretical basis of the research, Marxist epistemology, Marxist anthropology, subjectivity philosophy, educational anthropology, intellective ethnics and constructive communication theory in teaching philosophy are analyzed.Chapter 3 is to distinguish the correlative concepts. The concepts of humanitarianism, people foremost and humanism have been distinguished, differentiated and discriminated so as to nail down the research goal.In chapter 4, the humanistic problem in teaching had been scanned epistemologically from view of colony and individual.The theory of humanitarianism as epistemology had been constructed in Chapter 5. The analysis goes on from the basic principle, target, method and mechanism.Chapter 6 describes the teaching-theory significance of humanitarianism as epistemology, discusses the epistemological value.
