The evaluation reform, which is directly related to whether the course reform can gain virtual effect, is the important link of new course reform. As the status and actual features of the history course in middle school under the exam-oriented education system, building the evaluation system, which can suit the new course idea and promote students' all-round development, has become the breach of the new course reform.The research of this topic combines the method of theory study with action study to promote the development of students and history course. It attempts to investigate the construction of the developing evaluation system of history study in senior middle school from the theoretical and practical aspects.On the basis of overall rethinking the traditional evaluation methods of history study, the article builds the new evaluation terrace using some ways such as the file-sack method, the action-observed method, the self-evaluation method and so on. In the practice it abstracts some concrete evaluation principals, for example, the orientation principal, the impelling principal, the student-center principal and so on.In the experience the article tries to clearly describe students' developing curves in the he story study through the reform of exam system, carrying out the evaluation of open study experience and so on. At the same time, it attempts to show students' achievements, latent abilities and shortcomings for their parents and themselves in order to make them see the improving points for better development by means of the developing student-evaluation reports. It is proved by the practice that carrying out the developing evaluation is the effective way to promote the new course reform of history and all-round development of students and favorably received by students and their parents.
