Employment Outlook Survey Of Secondary Vocational School Students

With the high-speed development of the socialist market–oriented economy, the employment mechanism guided by market which advocates the notion of"Two-way choice, Select the best"has been formed. At the era of fierce competition ,What view points and which features do the vocational school students to take up an occupation have? Which factors are affecting them to choose profession? Which guidances and helps do the vocational school give the students to choose profession? The purpose of the investigation is to answer the above questions on the basic of understanding students, to help them to acquire a correct employment– obtaining outlook and to keep them attain much more existing space and developing space.The objects of this research are the secondary vocational school students, who will end their school life and take up a professional career. The methods of the question naire, investigation and consultation of papers and books are used in this study .From the aspects , which are understanding the profession , the tendency of choosing profession factors influencing actions of choosing profession and the views of doing pioneering work ,the author made investigation and summed up a few question showed in the students` value of choosing profession .The questions are as follows : the changing narrow views of a job suited to their special training, the lower comprehensive abilities;the higher expectation to employment ; the actions of choosing profession influenced by the family, and then he analysed the reasons .Just because of the sense of responsibility and crisis of a school educator ,the author put forward some suggestions and considerations about the correct obtaining employment outlook of the secondary vocational school students. The author considers that the secondary vocational school students should be nurtured and educated at the present, and we must further study the four aspects as follows: self-made ,schooling ,family supporting and social environments .
