| Higher vocational college students are professional and technical personnel which are educated by higher education in china, and they will become the backbone of the technical force of industrial production. In recent years, with a big increase in the number of higher vocational college students, our government attaches more and more importance to the reformation and implementation of the policy of higher vocational education. Therefore, the outlook on life of higher vocational college students is related to not only their personal development but also the development of our country and nation. The complicated production process, the fierce competition and the life dilemma are important factors which obstruct their development. Without a scientific outlook on life, they will look at things from one single way, which makes them lost, confused and hesitant. As a result, through discussing the outlook on life of higher vocational college students and summarizing the problems in the education of outlook on life, the paper discusses the strategy and method of the education of the outlook on life in order to enhance its effectiveness.This paper studies and elaborates the existing problems of the outlook on life of higher vocational college students. First, after reading the books about outlook on life and its education, the author summarizes and explains the theoretical knowledge of outlook on life including the scientific connotation of outlook on life. Second, through extensive questionnaire, interview and network sampling investigation, the paper analyzes the present state of the outlook on life of higher vocational college students, summarizes the current situation and the effect of the education of the outlook on life in higher vocational colleges and uncovers the problems of higher vocational college students’outlook on life which cannot be ignored. The main problems are undervaluing ideals, overvaluing money and power, self-interest oriented, lack of the spirit of dedication, unclear life goals, distorted values, utilitarianism, fragile mental capacity and so on. Third, based on careful investigation, the paper finds out these problems. There are multiple reasons to cause these problems. The subjective aspect is from the vocational college students’life experiences, self-culitivation and psychological factors. The objective aspect is from the influence of family, school and social environment. Last but not least, after serious thinking and extensive study, starting from the research and education subject-Higher Vocational Colleges, the paper puts forwards the strategy and method to improve the education of the outlook on the life in higher vocational colleges. Firstly, in terms of higher vocational colleges, paying attention to the theoretical and practical education of outlook on the life including Marx’s basic theory, socialist theory with Chinese characteristics and the union of theory and practice. Secondly, establishing the education and training mode of outlook on life which is suitable for the characteristics of higher vocational college students, not only emphasizing humanized education but also conducting it hierarchically and putting emphasis on the function of the factors of higher vocational students’psychological development. Thirdly, innovating the form and content of the education of the outlook on life. Fourthly, establishing and perfecting the mechanism of the education of outlook on life including financial investment, construction of teaching team, coordination among close departments, strengthening the evaluation and so on. At the same time, making family education continue playing a foundational role to assist colleges with the education work. At last, strengthening the assistant function of social education and network education, creating the resultant force of education and jointly promoting the actual effect of education of the outlook on life of higher vocational college students. |
