In the new round reform of the fundamental education, we become to realize the traditional culture is more and more important.The standard of Chinese new course of elementary and secondary school is paying attention to the cultural function and accomplishment acquire more than the else. The idioms are really a powerful media to accomplish the goal. As the treasures of the traditional culture. Idioms have it own status. However, in a period, the fundamental education has not paid enough attention to the idiom. Most of the treatise and expounds have not referred to the idioms of the fundamental education. According to the situation,this article try to make use of the achievement of the teaching practice. Making a systematic explanation to conduct the teaching of idioms.1.The summary of Chinese idioms including the concept,source features,types and values of Chinese idioms.2.The important parts of Chinese idioms play in spreading Chinese cultures and civilization. Students are able to enlarge their knowledge of Chinese history and essence of Chinese civilizations by exploring the themes of Chinese idioms,meanwhile polish their accomplishment of Chinese study: (1) the study of idioms can help students to open their eyes to beauty. Chinese idioms usually consist of 4characters which form the whole idioms harmoniously with tones in order. Besides the neat form, the idiom has deep expression as well. (2)The study of idioms will develop the interests of students in classical Chinese. (3) Idiom is a kind of assistant tool for oral drillings. (4)Idiom is an effective method for writing practice.(5)Idiom plays a role as media for the teaching of Chinese rhetoric and grammar.3.The implement of Chinese idioms in the middle and primary school: (1) In hearing and listening teaching , can combine the textbook and compile with the consent of text sequence of relevant idioms,in the teaching of redeeming implements in the classroom and reading out idioms,can have other type of hearing and listening idioms activities.(2) In reading teaching , using Chinese idioms are shown in the teaching of classical Chinese. Its performance is by combining with the Chinese idioms which can often be seen lead students charge the meaning of classical Chinese, the grammar and classic Chinese sentence etc. In the reading of modern text , comprehension the idioms which appears in the text is a important factor for grasping the emotional trend of text and the structure of chapter and feature of the art . Meanwhile,the reading of modern writing, especially the principle of creating and the art skill which included in the literature works are also have connection with the idioms.
