| In 1987, the State Education Commission promulgated and implemented the《the information of some regular colleges and universities trying out the recruit of high rank athletes which is issued by the national education department》,a short period of time within the past few years, there were 161 colleges and universities to recruit high-level athletes in our country , and to try to set up high-level sport teams. In more than 10 years, the college volleyball has made some achievements, but the overall level is not still high. At the same time we also see that the original personnel training system is: Sports School - Youth Team– Professional Team had been impacted by many aspects A new model is trying to be established: primary schools -- secondary schools -- the university -- professional team.The development of a project is related closely to the improvement and development of competition system in a large extent. Therefore, enhancing China's university volleyball level as soon as possible, combining the advantages of integration of higher education with competitive sports , reforming competition system is an important breakthrough. In the year of 2006-2007,Secretariat,National Student Sports,Ministry of Education,P.R.China preparated and hold the first China University Volleyball Association.The core of CUVA is reforming traditional personnel transport system and perfecting competition system. In order to research market situation and development strategies of holding China University Volleyball Association,the author used the means of documentation, questionnaire investigation, survey, observation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, On the basis of understanding and mastering the present situation of college volleyball, the author analyzed systematically far-reaching significance of holding China University Volleyball Association and found the main factors of affecting the development of CUVA at present.The paper also provides reference and theoretical basis for formulating relevant policies and regulations, planing the holding and promotion of CUVA.The main conclusions are:1 The whole age structure of CUVA is more reasonable, participate in the training earlier, secondary schools is the main channel for providing talented people for CUVA, most athletes are First-Class Athletes and Second- Class Athletes, most athletes are enrolled through droping points, most athletes will engage the relevant professional work. 2 AS most high-level sports teams, volleyball high-level sports team also has contradictions between learning and training, week's training time and the number of training can get to the needs of training, but there are some teams can not conduct a systematic training.3 Academic qualifications of the coaches of CUVA is lower, their qualifications are all most undergraduate, they are maily associate professors,most of them are Physical Education Teachers of college. Some of the coaches don't have experience in this aspect. Coaches'purpose of taking part in the competition focuses on"an honor for schools","improving the visibility of the school","Strengthening the links between colleges"and so on.4 The hardware facilities of sports teams of CUVA is basically good,which can meet their needs. The funds of CUVA teams is less, most of which can not get to the request, only meet the needs of training and competition basically,and some even less, the anagement of Sports Team is more strict.5 Competition system of CUVA is more reasonable, crowned teams of sub-division and the rounds of the competition should be increased. It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of CUVA.6 CUVA has steady audience fans,which has obvious role on the construction of campus culture. For the current development situation and existing problems of CUVA,the author offers the following advice: improve government and university′attention in CUVA; the government increase investment to CUVA; improve students′athletic ability, establish and improve the "through-train" training system; speed up the process of full-time coaches, raise the level of the contingent of coaches; arrangement reasonablly learning and training, establish a sound management system; improve the management rules and systems, based on the ordinary. |
