Investigation And Research On The Development Status Of Volleyball Associations In Colleges And Universities In Chengdu

Chengdu University Volleyball Associations have the function of popularizing and spreading volleyball knowledge, increasing volleyball population,build volleyball activities atmosphere, practicing socialist core values, and it is also an important platform to develop Chinese volleyball spirit. Chengdu University Volleyball Association also provide widely mass base for the national fitness strategy and revitalize “ three big-ball sports” strategy. But recently Chengdu University normal volleyball sport level stay on low situation, the development of Volleyball Association is hysteretic, a part of Volleyball Association exist in name only,Volleyball Association was treated as margin association. In order to enlarge university volleyball population, build harmonious volleyball activity atmosphere, the existence and development of Volleyball Association should treated as core and emphasis.The paper use the methods of documentary, expert interview, field, questionnaire,logical analysis and mathematical statistics, research and analyze development current situation, interior and external element of Chengdu University Association, find the results are as fellows: Chengdu University Volleyball Association lack population,the size is small and its influence is low; Volleyball Association management is slack,lack of activity expenditure; in activity content aspect, lack of activity time and content is boring, can't accord with university students' volleyball activity requirements; activity courts simple and crude, lock equipment and its quality is low,restrict Volleyball Association activities development; Volleyball Association lock of professional faculty adviser and teaching course design is not reasonable were treated as indirect factor for restricting Volleyball Association development; Volleyball Association Guiding Office, traditional volleyball matches and university high-level sports team, university and department volleyball delegations play great role to develop Volleyball Association.University should pay more attention to popularize volleyball activity, rationally arrange teaching course, satisfy students' layering and diversify requirement, increase expenditure invest, complete courts building, increase volleyball number and quality,optimize faculty adviser structure, increase faculty adviser number; Volleyball Association should strengthen institutional improvement, organizational building and culture building, complete association organization, abundant association content,build association special culture; people should cultivate volleyball interest, regular volleyball motive, sharpen volitional quality, and cultivate noble value.
