Deng Xiaoping as the chief designer of"Chinese reform and open policy"always pay great attention to education and has formed the systemic education thought in the long-term practice process which not only provided the theory guidance for the development of our country's socialist education in the new era and the furthered the development of education but also further enriched and developed the classical Marxism's education theory.This article takes Marxism dialectical materialism and historical materialism as guidance, persists the policy of unifying the theory and practice. Theoretically, it formed the condition, content, significance of Deng Xiaoping theory's development. Practically, it discussed Deng Xiaoping's educate thought for the significance of practice and enlightenment in a specific way.The first part is about the social history condition and the times characteristics for the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping's education thought. The times'subjects transformed from the war and revolution to peace and development. After World War II, the new technological revolution tide emerges gradually; the global international competition is more and more intense. The Practical foundation for the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping's education thought was to overthrow"two estimates", reappraise"17 years", restore"the college entrance examination system"and respect intellectual's status and function. The reality basis for the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping's education thought is the correct understanding and analysis to the investment on the Chinese legal system of education and education fund. It also includes the uncoordinated educational and economical development in present situations and so on. The theoretical basis for the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping's education thought is the inheritance and development to the educational thought which discussed Marxism education sociality and class nature,human's full scale development theory and the interrelations between the education and economic.The second part is about scientific system of Deng Xiaoping's education thoughts. Deng Xiaoping educational ideology is mainly composed by five basic theories which are the education status, the education goal, the education direction, education for the talented persons, to govern the teaching by law. The discusses for education status is the reflection of Deng Xiaoping's systemic thinking and overall view for the whole situation, Deng Xiaoping started from the socialism modernization overall situation, from the altitude of economy and the full social scale's development,made the strategic ponder for educational issues.The discussion for education goal reflected that Deng Xiaoping pay highly attention in training the new style persons of socialism and enhancing the entire nation's quality .It was a main task for the cultural constrictions of socialism modernization of our country in a new era.The education direction decides the important issues in principle, such as, to cultivate what kind of people,how to achieve that and how to manage the education, all of which is a higher request proposed by Deng Xiaoping for the education in a new era. It pointed out the direction for the education which has became the strategic guidance for our countries education reforms and developments. Comrade Deng Xiaoping all along advocated "the respect to knowledge, respect to the talented person", its goal is to display intellectual's vital role in socialism modernization. For the development of education, we must respect the knowledge, the talented people and teachers. To govern teaching according to the law is to the safeguard to the education development, to standardize education administration, to coordinate educational relations, to mediate educational dispute and to protect the teachers, students and the schools'legal rights and interests. It is the important constituent of governing the country by law and the important content of Deng Xiaoping's educational thought, it is also the important guarantee for the development of our country's education in a sound way.The third part is about the theory value and the practical significance of Deng Xiaoping's educational thought.On the basis of inheriting Marx's educational theory, Deng Xiaoping unified the Chinese national condition and the practice to further enrich and develop the Marxism educational thought, which has laid the foundation for the strategy of rejuvenate our country by relying on science and education and has provided the theory guide for the development of our country's socialist education in a new era.In practice, it has a widespread and propounding influence to our country's reforms and developments, has caused the transformation of education idea, promoted the education system's transformation, impelled our country'educational structure to readjust in a continual way and sped up the content of educational reform.The fourth part is about realistical enlightenment of Deng Xiaoping's educational thought. We must give priority to the development of education and set up the idea for the entire nation that the education be given priority to development. We must establish and perfect education laws and regulations then to realize them. We also need to ensure the investment of education fund. To fully implement and carry out creative education, three relations must be taken care of:the teacher-student relation, the knowledge-ability relation, and the relation between traditional classroom teaching and teaching in activities.And three standpoints must be set up:a student-centered artery in education, an ability-centered educational quality, and a TPR-dominated point of view concerning the students'development.A scientific outlook on development must be put into full swing so as to realize the sustainable development of education. It can also be used in explaining current problems popped up in mainland teaching, and promote a sincere respect towards teachers as well as the professional growth of teachers. Hence, a beneficial cycle between economy and education is soon achieved.
