Prospectus Construction Of Primary And Secondary Schools Studied

Having a constitution has been the basic condition to establish schools and other educational institutions since the Education Law of the People's Republic of China brought into effect in 1995. Beijing and Hunan take the lead in building constitutions of middle and primary schools according to the provision. As the concept of managing education according to law has been understood, Dongying borough in Shandong Province, Minhang borough and Hongkou borough in Shanghai have started the work in recent years. However, on the whole, the speed of building constitutions of middle and primary schools in China is so slow that there is a long road to meet the demand of one school one constitution which is required by educational law. The reason is the need of constituting and implementing a school constitution has not been recognized and understood by people, they have not attached importance to the building of constitutions of middle and primary schools. So the paper starts with the meaning of the school constitution and the need of constituting and implementing a school constitution. By analyzing a nonstandard constitution text of middle and primary school, the paper searches the main problems which influence the standardization of constitution texts of middle and primary schools and provides a correspondingly standard constitution text of a school in order to improve the level of constituting school constitutions. Meanwhile, the paper supplies some measures for implementing school constitutions as they have not been implemented well.
