The equity of education is the starting point and core links of social equity, especially the equity of compulsory education. Supplying equitable competitive mechanisms and chances for the farmer-worker's children is the inner requirement of harmonious society.we discover that: through substantial research to the states of compulsory education of the farmer-worker's children in Yuhua urban of Changsha city, (1)the chance of education is inequable, the forms of expression are high enroll threshold and out-aged enrollment. (2) the farmer-worker's children is in an unfair situation in the education process, the forms of expression are lack of curriculum, educational installations and teachers, and the umber of classmates are outrageous. (3) the farmer-worker's children get equal treatment from teachers. We come to conclusion by analyzing, that fair educational problems are resulted from both social and family factors. Social factors are duality domiciliary system, unbalanced development of economy, unfair distribution of education sources. Weak family environment, the forms of expression are the low cultural level, low professional status, low incomes of family and lack of organization capital, which reinforce unfair situation of farmer-worker's children in compulsory education.
