In view of the research and interference about extraneous population in China usually embodying in the depiction of crime problem & family education, and the probing of whole strategy & measure generally in sociology, most research of employment psychology is about undergraduate and unemployed man. This research enlarges the research scope to employment psychology and interrelated diathesis of extraneous population.Objective: 1.investigate employment psychology of extraneous population in Zhengzhou; 2.investigate the difference of extraneous population and native about society sustaining and self-efficiency; 3. explore the relation between society sustaining & self-efficiency and employment psychology of extraneous population. 4. explore primary factor affecting employment psychology of extraneous population.Method: 1.investigate 136extraneous employees and 30 employees in Zhengzhou adopting demology investigation questionnaire, employment psychology investigation questionnaire, society sustaining questionnaire and general self-efficiency questionnaire; 2.case analytical method.Result: 1. remarkable difference exists in employment anxiety employment satisfaction and society sustaining of extraneous population and native in Zhengzhou; no remarkable difference exists in self-efficiency of extraneous population and native in Zhengzhou; 2. so far as demology characteristic, remarkable difference exists in employment anxiety , self-contempt ,employment satisfaction of extraneous population and native in zhengzhou;3. regress analysis shows: primary factor affecting employment psychology of extraneous population embody register, society sustaining, self-efficiency.Conclusion: 1. employment anxiety of extraneous population is higher than native, moreover society sustaining and employment satisfaction are inferior to native ,which should be attached importance; 2. extraneous population under 30 years old , country ,under high school have more anxiety, and extraneous population from country is more self-contempt, which should be attached importance; 3. those extraneous employees under 30 years old from country ,unmarried, under high school, in one-year employment have more low employment satisfaction, especially those employees in one-year employment and more than three years employment have terribly distinct difference, which should be attached importance; 4. primary factor affecting employment psychology of extraneous population embody : register, society sustaining, self-efficiency and so on, and these factors are correlative. In addition, investigation shows that social policy is one of the important factors affecting employment psychology, which should be attached importance.Suggestion: 1. improve employment surroundings of extraneous employees so as to mitigate their stress from work and life; 2. employment status extraneous employees under 30 years old should be attached importance; 3. enhance employment skill, enlarge employment channel, promote mental health to heighten employment self-confidence of extraneous employees; 4. community counseling service system for extraneous employees should be founded ;5. organization and league representing extraneous employees will improve their self-efficiency and mental safety.
