Emotional attitude and values is part of the three-dimensional target of Knowledge and skill, process and method, emotional attitude and values put forward in the eighth educational program reform in primary and second schools in China, and a shining point in this reform in particular. This paper mainly discusses the target of emotional attitude and values in the course of Information Technology in senior middle school.The writer starts with the discussion on the connotation of emotion, attitude and values, and then the emotional target in middle school since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Next, he researches mainly on the target of emotional attitude and values in view of target analysis, target development and target evaluation.In the part of target analysis, the writer classifies the targets of emotional attitude and values, carefully designs the emotional target in the course of Basic Information Technology in senior middle school, shows the importance of the target and puts forward the detailed procedure to establish the target.In the part of target development, the writer discusses on the present status of the education of emotional attitude and values, and presents four basic principles and six methods.In the part of target evaluation, the writer puts forward four functions and five principles, and also some methods of evaluation for the process and the final result.Although this paper is just an experimental study waiting to be tested and perfected in practice, the writer wishes it can be of some help to the teaching and reform of the course of Information and Technology in the senior school in China.
