Since the 1980s, our country's urbanization has been greatly accelerated with the rapid development of economy. A large number of rural populations have immigrated to cities and become migrants. The problem of their children's education has become serious gradually. How to solve this problem appears to be extremely urgent.This essay chooses a representative migrant children school in Changzhou as a single case. In this essay, the means of interview, questionnaire and analysis have been used to collect the first-hand fresh information. This essay presents the current condition of migrant children's education from the school education condition and family education condition these two aspects. The purpose is to arouse people's attention to it and change it as possible.The essay firstly expounds the education equality's meaning and structure. It mainly discusses the equality problem of the children's compulsory education on microcosmic aspect, that is, compulsory education's process aspect. Next, it provides the reasons for choosing the single case and reveals social background which causes the migrant children's education problem. Then it describes the situation of the leaders, teachers, students and parents in this single case and discusses the factors in every aspect which affect migrant children to receive education. Finally, some relative advice and measures on solving migrant children's education problem are put forward. It is certain that every migrant child will be able to truly enjoy the equal education opportunity.
