This paper bring forward women' s self-sacrifice complex in order to improve the understanding of women' s psychology, especially for women themselves, and promte women' s librating of heart. Literature' s research and case' s analysis were adopted in this paper.The self-sacrifice complex means an unconsciouse psychology that women make herself on weakly and vulnerable groud deliberately, and moreover make her body or heart suffering, in order to satisfy. This complex can be see in women' s daily life, for example, they often cry, like listening dolorous song or watching dolorous teleplay. Oweing to the self-sacrifice complex, wemen identify themselves to the lost and sacrificial one. Women sacrifice as mother also due to the self-sacrifice complex. Women' s self-sacrifice have positive aspect for human. The culture and the physiogical character affect the complex' s shaping.The physiogical character make women have an instinct for suffering from body, and they cannot get rid of the suffering. This situation formes women' s leaning to identify weak and suffer. The culture regulates female passive and dependent status, and the direction of their life is entad. So they pay more attention to thenselvse, and gain their ends via aiming at themselves. Women' sacrifice is for the sake of finding the ego and the controlling of the environment. But finally the controlling is temporary. At the same time women lose their ego. For this complex, women only can do is to know it, feel it, and communicate with it.
