Study On Saihan Ula Obo Sacrifice In Bahrain

This thesis is consisted of five parts:introduction,main body,conclusion,bibliography,and appendix.The introduction explains the reason of choosing this topic,the purpose and the meaning of this research,literatures review,and the research method.Meanwhile,the main body comprises three chapters.The Chapter One introducesthe concept of BAIRIW SAIHANUUL and the historical developments of SAIHANUUL and SAIHANUUL Obo.Then,the Chapter Two explains the steps of sacrificing SAIHANULA Obo and Obo activities while analyzing its symbolic meaning within the Mongolian cultureat the same time.Lastly,the Chapter Three examines the cultural transformation of SAIHANUUL Obo sacrificing in order to demonstrate the way how it is embodied in commercialization and touristification.In conclusion,this thesis attempts to indicate that although sacrificingy BALIN SAIHANUUL Obo is one of the Mongolian traditionalObo sacrificing culture,its substance is changed in modem societywith the pace of social change and economization.Therefore,under the theoretical frarmework of culture change,it is necessary to analyzethis change in order to understand its internal and external causes.
