"Probability and Statistics" as one of the four mathematics curriculum in the stage of compulsory education is a necessary tool in modern life,and plays an important role in students comprehensive training in mathematics literacy. So, the study of "Probability and Statistics" is the teaching of practical significance.In this study, Sino-U.S., Japanese and English develop the curriculum statistical probability of a simple comparison, and summarize the primary and secondary predecessors in probability and statistics of student learning, teaching of the two studies already. On this basis, seventh grade teachers and students as subjects, through a series of studies of the two questionnaires about the teaching and learning and the teaching case, the author analyzes the teaching level of probability and statistical. The results showed:The academic performance of students overall situation is not optimistic, Student achievement gap between the larger ,Low overall achievement scores and distribution concentrated around the average , students test results mean the 53.76-70.19 between 6 school. Pupils from different schools also exist between significant difference。Boys and girls test results, there was significant difference。and with the following main results:On the whole, and individual samples, in the description of different schools there is a considerable difference; Estimated overall sample of the thinking of students is still not well understood.Seventh grade students exist some misunderstanding in the production and understanding of statistical charts, and the concept, calculation, explanations of probability.Seventh grade teachers appear good in the aspects of teaching probability and statistics, but there are the problems that not enough of their attention, single teaching method, the difficulty of teaching has not suited to the students level. Statistics is slightly more difficult teaching simple nexus role is not prominent; Probability knowledge reserves to be amplified.Finally, to the teaching of the problem found in this study, the author makes reference to the teaching, expectations on the frontline teachers and curriculum developers have some reference.
