The Chinese classroom teaching evaluation plays an important role at the Chinese classroom teaching .However, because of the restrict of traditional ideas, both the research on theory and practice about it fall behind other domains since the New Course puts into practice. Many regions and schools still follow traditional evaluation methods. For example, regarding the teacher's activity as the center, resolving teaching main factors as teaching target,teaching method,teaching process and teaching result etc; Evaluation become to the gist of the appointing, prizing and punishing and title assessing by calculating the cent. This evaluation principle is of management mindset, which disobeys with the spirit of the New Course, and affects the whole progress of Course Reform on certain degree .For the sake of the reformation of the Chinese classroom teaching evaluation and the overall Course Reformation, this thesis tries to put forward a kind of new view about the Chinese classroom teaching evaluation——the view of Developing Evaluation of Chinese Classroom Teaching . This new kind of view of evaluation complies with the spirit of the New Course and is based on a series of theories foundation, including the Corpus Education Theory, the Multiple Intelligence Theory ,the Humanistic Theory and the Constructivism Theory .The Developing Chinese Classroom Teaching Evaluation gets away from the abuse of traditional evaluation .It aims to promoting both teachers and students' development. From the establishment of evaluation standards, to the evaluation methods, then to the practice of the evaluation project, this thesis proceeds a series of investigations. Not concentrating on the teachers'activities merely but on the students' so as to realize the ideal of the"evaluating the teaching though the studying". Not concentrating on teaching methods merely but on teaching contents about teachers'teaching evaluation; According to the thought of changing students' study method that the New Course Standard suggests ,which advocates to change the mechanical, passive study method into that of"independent,cooperative,investigative",this thesis tries to investigate the main points of the students' study method in the Chinese classroom teaching evaluation; Not only paying attention to the students'study results, but also to the students'study process (study appearance).In addition, this thesis puts forward the standpoint of stage evaluation. That is to say, according to the evaluated teacher's circs, establishing the main points about the first stage. By constantly self-evaluating in practice ,the evaluated teacher improve and perfect them continuously , until at last fulfill the anticipant target .Then return to another stage ,and reestablish the main points .Stage evaluation avoid using uniform standards to all teachers in any time as ever. In order to reflect what the actual circumstance that Chinese classroom teaching evaluation really are like objectively, the writer combines the method of the theory research with the practice research.
