In recent years, a lot of domestic and international many research information shows that teachers are the high ammunition crowd of professional burnout. If teacher's burnout can not be controlled effectively, not only the students courses are endangered, but also the teacher's troops construction can be affected and the educational quality of school is restricted. Now, with the development of the higher education of our country from the ordinary to the elite , a batch of newly-build universities recently have emerged in succession, become the newborn strength of the high education of our country. The great-leap-forward development of the newly-build university lies in building a teacher troops with higher qualities. This research aims at knowing the present situation and the factors that influence the professional burnout in the newly-build universities, seeking the effective countermeasures that alleviate the teacher's burnout, so as to promote the development and construction of teacher troops.Research methods: the general research situation on the teachers burnout and the teacher troops construction in the newly-build universities have been combed through documents. By adopting the professional burnout questionnaire(MBI)edited by Maslach, the conditions of the teachers burnout in the newly-build universities have been investigated; The social factors that influences the teachers burnout have been investigated and analyzed further through the revised questionnaire of the teachers burnout influencing factors and the way of visiting on the spot to talk about; According to teacher burnout present situation ,the major factors that influence the teacher burnout have been analyzed, and on this foundation some suggestions about alleviating teachers burnout have been put forward .Research results discover: Generally, the teacher's emotion exhausting level is notable in the newly-build universities, getting ride of personality phenomenon is not quite serious, achievement sense is higher , teaching age, title, educational background ,the number of lectures a week, university and age have notable influences on the teachers burnout , sex , marital status and income have no obvious influences on it. Different social factors has different influence on the 3 aspects of the teachers burnout, organization, management and working load factors all have notable influence on the 3 aspects of the professional burnout, occupation development factor has notable influence on the feeling exhaustion and the achievement sense factor, student factor has notable influence on getting ride of personality aspect .Solving the problem of the teacher's burnout in the newly-build universities is a systematic project, society, school and teachers themselves should work together. In which, school and society should found good support system, school should improve organization management system and have specific aim to alleviate the professional burnout in different groups of teacher, teacher should also raise self comprehensive quality. These measures carried out, the author hope that the teacher's burnout can be eased up and prevented in newly-build universities in different degrees, and the development of its teacher troops can be promoted.
