Job burnout is a poor and long condition in emotion, attitude and behavioral exhaustion when the modern people adapted the society. As the reformation of education system and the development of higher education in recent years, university's teacher are being confronting with many opportunities and challenges. How to catch the opportunities and answer challenges, teachers are being confronted with more and more job burnout. University's teachers have the important responsibility to cultivate talented students, the problem of teacher's job burnout catch our sights. The thesis concludes:Chapter 1: The introduction. In this chapter, describes background and significance analysis, defines the concepts of the teachers' job burnout and the related, and makes theory analysis about research for high university teacher's job burnout.Chapter 2: Normal theory about job burnout. In this chapter, describes research history and basic theory, formal expressions and influences, reason and countermeasure about job burnout.Chapter 3: Main professional characters about university teachers. In this chapter, describes the universality teachers' Individuality quality, occupation physical labor characteristics, and also describes the individual professional ability to be a university teacher.Chapter 4: Analysis for the investigation of the universality teachers' job burnout. The study investigated and reviewed four university teachers in Shanghai. From the Analysis, it firstly found the Characteristics of university teachers' job burnout, and the key problems, and found that most of teachers are in certain degree of job burnout. From society, university and individual three aspects, the thesis analyzes the reasons of the job burnout of the universality's teachers in Shanghai.Chapter 5: The countermeasure for preventing and relieving university teachers' job burnout. On the basis of the reasons, the studies brought out the countermeasures mainly from society, school and individual. The country should carry out the policy of lifelong education, encourage teacher to participate in the continuing education; School should strengthens the psychological education, teacher should set up the idea of lifelong study, enhances the ability of coping with pressure.Study methods : Management, Pedagogy, High Education Pedagogy and Adult Education are cited for reference .Research methods main as questionnaire investigating and statistics analyses , and also used the literature investigating ,review etc .They are used to guarantee well-founded viewpoints and the close link between theory and reality and also to make the research have academic and application significance.
