Mathematics, a kind of science, a language and a way of communication. The research about the mathematical communication has been started quite early and studied deeply in foreign counties. As the continuous development of mathematical education reform, it is recognized more and more clearly that mathematical communication is very important to mathematical teaching. Mathematical communication not only affects student's motive and interests directly on the aspects of learning mathematics and solving problems, but also affects their ways of learning mathematics, which will affect the student's development of mathematics directly or indirectly. The introduction of the new textbook has offered new possibility for improving teaching, it has offered basic clue, basic content and main mathematical activity chance for students'mathematical studying activities. This article explores the problems of mathematical communication appearing in mathematical teaching. First of all, based on the analysis of Information Processing Theory and Constructivism Study Theory, this paper points out that mathematical communication focus on the development of knowledge and skills of mathematics, the thinking and the settlement of mathematical problems by applying mathematical language.. We have three types of mathematical communication according to it's different targets: the communication among teachers, between teachers and students, among students. Although people have realized the importance of mathematical communication gradually, still current situation of spreading out communication activities in teaching is unsatisfactory. As a consequence of it, this paper investigates some problems existing in mathematics, analyses the reasons for them and sets forth the effect which tradition education and the great pressure give by examinations have on mathematics. In the last part of this paper, it gives four strategies to change this situation.
