Which one is most important, the special subjects knowledge or the general basic knowledge? Under the background of greatly improve the vocational education plan of our country, to train the students'special skills is becoming the central task of our vocational education, the emphasis is on the students majoring subjects. Comparing with the main special subjects, the general knowledge course is becoming not so much important. Some school even put forward a plan as the general knowledge course should serve for the special subjects. So there are many schools and and many teachers of the general basic knowledge are trying some new types of teaching ways. Take Chinese teaching as an example, some cooking courses combine Chinese with dishes, tourist combine Chinese teaching with tourist guide speeches, machinery and electron courses combine Chinese with the production's introductions. All these activities are a kind of creation and research that are very meaningful in nowadays'special enviroments and needs.But I think if all of us do so, the whole Chinese class be designed as this, then where is the exist meaning of the teaching of Chinese, not better than not exist. In fact, two years'teaching plan can not allow you to do all of this each class. This strange phenomenon appeared, the reason , I think, is because of the missunderstanding to the educational rules of our country's and to the function of the Chinese teaching. But the specialized skills training courses is totally different from the normal education, then how can we deal with the relationship between the Chinese courses and the special courses? How can we distribute the roles of them? What kind of a way that our Chinese teaching should order, on all these problems we should have a consensus of opinon as early as possible. I think because of the situation of nowadays educational development and the function of the Chinese teaching, the Chinese course can not be omitted. As the same, we must reform the Chinese teaching in the vocational school.
