According to a definite principle, the contents of teaching materials are knowledge (or information) of all subjects of which their curriculum contents are structured in the teaching materials; while the contents of teaching, according to the curriculum and teaching materials, are the knowledge (or information) conferred to students by combining a variety of practice (e.g. students' practice, teaching practice). In the process of teaching, teachers are supposed to deal with the teaching materials by using different ways according to unique goals, students as well as the situations. Then form the idiographic and effective teaching plan, change the static teaching materials into dynamic teaching contents and make the contents of teaching materials "teaching-promoting". The mode and strategy are as follows: firstly, deal with the contents of teaching materials according as the teaching aims; secondly, review the narration of teaching materials in accordance with the development of historiography; thirdly, update the resource of teaching materials according to the curriculum; fourthly recompose the contents of teaching materials in accordance with the teaching situations.
