| The needs of reality and the educational policies are together expediting the structure transformation of the high school stage. In the process of the construction of the socialist new rural, the high school's development on the one hard is promoting the quality of the labor force and accumulating the human resources, on the other hand, it is alleviating the employment pressure, promoting the economy development and the urbanization of the rural.To integrate the general education and the vocational education into a composite construction, we can't compound two kinds of educational structure simply and operate them separately. We should roundly adjust and optimize all their essential education elements to form a new structure with syncretic and complementary factors. Therefore, to manifest the connotation of the school mode, we should do our best to fulfill our research from the settings of the discipline and the curriculum, class-hour arrangement and the standard of the talent.The current development of rural high school faces many difficulties, which require us to change the thoughts and modes of the school management, in order to meet the needs of the sustainable development of the rural high school and all-rounded development of the students in the rural. By the analysis of the school mode's transformation in the C Middle School, this thesis tries to analyse the possibilities and necessities of the comprehensive high school to reflect on and explore the principles and implementation of the comprehensive high school mode. Meanwhile, with the research into the organization and the implementation of the mode 'two modes and shunt twice in one school', we want to probe into the difficulties and their counter-measures on the way of its implementation. Furthermore, we want to find out a suitable comprehensive school mode adjusting the reality of the rural so as to propel the further development of the education in the rural. |
