The problem of juvenile dropout is one of the most important problems in rural areas.In China,the number of rural youth dropouts is also numerous.Under this circumstance,China's quality education has also been hindered,and it has also created an unstable factor for the rural social atmosphere.To this end,the country has continuously increased its efforts to control and prevent juvenile dropouts,but many young people drop out of school for various reasons.Some people are continually skipping classes and then skipping school because they are tired of learning.They end up with the idea of dropping out of school;others are because of family poverty,and economic income cannot be afforded even if they live at home,let alone the limit.Education costs,and then can not afford to drop out of school;others are due to the dual impact of psychological pressure and economic pressure.This young person is also the subject of our text.She belongs to adolescents who are poor families due to illness,causing the child to bear the pressure of no heart,and have the idea of dropping out of school.In China,there are countless families suffering from poverty due to illness.Whether in rural areas or in cities,families suffering from poverty due to illness are endless.These families have constant problems.Not only economic problems,family relationships,and parental role problems can cause children to drop out of school.Therefore,it is impossible to ignore the economic and psychological problems of families suffering from poverty.This article takes the small township student of TS Township as the research object,uses case management techniques to intervene in the dropout problem of young people,and tries to use the theory and work skills of social work.In the clear purpose of the intervention process,the case leader is targeted to find the problem and seek an effective way to solve the problem.The author consulted a large number of references and also visited the people around the case to understand.And through the people around you to understand the owner of the case,combined with the living environment of the case to interfere with the case.The relevant conclusions on the problem of juvenile dropouts are drawn,and the problems of self-blame and the influence of the deviation of the parents' roles are also known.On this basis,through the specific investigation of the research target group,suggestions on improving the dropout problem of adolescents are put forward.Taking the family as themain entry point,solving the problems of the client from the root cause;encouraging the client to return to the school and full of confidence in life,linking social resources to mobilize social groups to provide a broad social support network for dropouts.In the long run,help young people in poor families who are out of school to correctly handle the problems they face.
